What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please email me at contact@craftsandbubbles.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue.
Our Claims
Our cosmetics are 100% cruelty FREE, palm oil FREE. Our cosmetics are made in small batches to ensure everything is always top quality! Most of our products are VEGAN (except Honey and Oatmeal Soap).
How long will my soap last?
This depends on how you store the soap and how often it’s used. We recommend that you use a soap dish with sufficient drainage, keep the soap away from running water and allow to dry completely between each use.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We pack and ship orders within 1-3 working days. We ship our products with Royal Mail – Tracked 48 for UK orders and Tracked International for international orders. International Shipping time may vary depending on the region.
Do the soaps have a use by date?
We recommend using the soaps within 12 months of first using it. The scents and colours will fade slowly over time. Check individual product listings for specific details.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and the US. We are unable to ship to other countries at this time due to different legal requirements for each country.
Do you sell wholesale?
YES we do! We wholesale soap bars, soap samples, soap pouches and bath salts. If you’re interested in wholesale please send an email to contact@craftsandbubbles.co.uk

Oh no! I’ve sent my order to the wrong address! Can you send a new one?
It is your responsibility to inform us of your postal address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address after purchase please email us straight away so I can update the shipping label if possible. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee a change if the product has already been processed for shipping.
Will I receive tracking once my order is shipped?
Yes all orders will receive a tracking number and this will be emailed to you once posted. You can also get this by creating an account and viewing your order history on our website.
Do your products come in glass jars?
Yes, our body butters and bath salts come in glass jars. We try to be as sustainable as we can and we refuse to use plastic jars. For safety reasons we would always recommend scooping out what you need before entering the shower/bath/wet area.
What is the difference between a salt soap, a classic soap and a glycerine soap?
Our Classic Soaps are made using nourishing oils and they are incredibly moisturising for your skin. Our Salt Soaps contain a lot of salt, which makes them into a harder bar of soap. This means they can last longer than our Classic Soaps and they are perfect to use in the shower. Glycerine Soaps have a high content of glycerine, which creates a barrier on your skin and helps keep the moisture in.
All of these soaps have different properties and scents and all are lovely. We recommend trying out different types to see which one is your favourite!
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Our Classic Soaps and Salt Soaps are handmade from scratch with my own formulated recipe using the cold process method. The oils selected will moisturise and nourish your skin all you have to do is pick your scent and decide which type of soap you prefer. I always recommended checking the ingredients before buying and if it's your first time ordering and you're not sure how your skin will respond: try our Nude Classic Soap- it's colour and fragrance free. Give it a go and if you love it you can come back and try other colours and fragrances. Commercial 'soaps' are usually detergents which can dry out and irritate your skin. Manufacturers also often extract glycerine (the ingredient that helps keep the moisture in) from them to sell it separately.
